Douglas County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody or release, post bond, obtain an official booking record, or take action on a jail or court file. Direct those requests to the appropriate public custodian below.
Douglas County Record Contacts
Choose the agency that owns the record. A county jail booking, a sheriff incident file, a prosecutor-filed court case, and an Oregon prison record are separate records, even when they relate to the same event.
Current Jail Custody
Use the official DCSO Jail Viewer for a current-custody or booking-date search. Its information is regularly updated, but the county publishes no fixed update schedule and does not guarantee that every record has a photo. For jail information, call the Douglas County Jail at 541-440-4440.
Sheriff and Jail Records
Douglas County Sheriff's Office1036 SE Douglas Avenue
Roseburg, OR 97470
Records: 541-440-4463
Email: dcso.records@douglascountyor.gov
In-person records hours: weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays
Use the DCSO Records Request form for a sheriff or jail record. Include the booking number if known, the person's name, date, and the specific item requested. DCSO lists $5 for a face sheet or single page, $8 for a report of up to six pages, $0.25 for each additional page, $15 for a photograph subject to release review, $25 per research hour billed in quarter-hour increments, and a $10 research deposit. These listed amounts can change.
Main Office and Non-Emergency Reporting
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office main line is 541-440-4450. For non-emergency information or a tip, call 541-440-4471 or use the official DCSO Report a Crime route. That route is not a public warrant database and is not an instruction to approach another person. Call 911 for an emergency.
Court Case and Disposition Files
Douglas County Circuit Court, Justice Building, Room 2011036 SE Douglas Avenue
Roseburg, OR 97470
541-957-2471
Use the OJD Records and Calendar Search for basic public case, party, event, and disposition information. Court files are not the same as DCSO booking files. The local court's records-request information explains its separate copy process.
Oregon Prison Records
For a state prison or ODOC-supervision record, use the ODOC Public Records Center. ODOC holds its own custody and supervision records. It does not replace the Douglas County Jail Viewer or a county sheriff records request.
For background on the correct path, see the Douglas County booking and records resource. A person with a personal warrant concern should contact the court or a qualified attorney; the local agency routes are summarized on Wanted Fugitives.
